A final farewell from Billi Chilli, our mascot…

From 2008 to 2024 we have experienced it all,
Elves have joined us at Christmas, some short and some tall.
Our uniform has bells on, it’s black, green, and red,
Our bells jingle when working, while everyone else sleeps in their beds.
The workshop is always creaking, cards and gifts everywhere,
We are scanning, packing, and picking, as fast as we dare.
Problems crop up, they come and they go,
We deal with the issues - there is no time for woe!
We like a good laugh when we are working, it raises our cheer,
And when we get home, we sometimes need a glass of elf beer!
A big thank you to all the elves that have passed through our door,
We have dearly loved your company, and wish we could continue some more.
A big thank you to our schools, nurseries, parents and artists too
It will be very lonely at Christmas, not working with all of you.
