Product Questions
Q: Can we change the photo on the back of the card
Yes. Please provide a high quality photograph that is a good size and ideally 200dpi minimum. If in doubt, set your camera to the highest pixel setting and take a photo to send to us. Please email the photo to us, and put in the subject line of the email the unique ‘card design code’ that is printed on the back of your sample card. Please also write on your order form ‘new photo emailed’, or if placing an online order write next to the child name ‘new photo emailed’ – in order to highlight to us that you wish the photo to be changed!
Q: Can we include the photo on the gift items
The gift items do not include the photographs at this moment in time. They are printed with the artwork and the child name / artwork title (except in the case of the Teddy Bear, which is printed only with the child name, as it is quite a small printing area).
Q: Can we include two children’s designs on one gift item
The gift items are printed with one design only, and at this moment in time it is not possible for two designs to be applied to one item.
Q: We have another child that does not attend the school, is it possible to send a design for that child?
Yes. Please download the blank artwork template and complete your artwork on this. Then send in the additional piece of artwork with the your order and payment (if ordering for two children clearly mark which items are for which child) . You may return the order and payment through the school, or if you have missed the order return deadline, then send this to us direct and we will process your artwork and send you a proof by email (so please also clearly write your email address on the order from).
Ordering Questions
Q: We have two children that have completed the project, can we order a mixed pack of cards?
Yes, please mark clearly on your order that you wish to have a mixed pack of two designs, or include the two codes in the website order form and write (mixed pack) in brackets.
Q: How long will delivery take?
As your items are printed to order, we will require 7-10 days to process and print your items from receipt of your order and payment. (We aim to despatch items within 7 days of receipt of your order but this can stretch to 10 days in peak times).
Q: We have missed the ordering deadline at school – can we still order?
Yes. Please order online, an admin / delivery fee of £3.50 will be automatically added to your order. Alternatively, please post the order and a cheque to us and include an admin / delivery fee of £3.50 on the cheque.
Closing date for orders in 2011:-
In most cases the items will be sent to the address you have provided on your order form or to the address you have set up as the delivery address on your Paypal account. All items sent direct to your home will be by Royal Mail Recorded post, and we will keep a tracking number of the delivery.

Points to note relating to deliveries on Christmas direct orders:-
- If the weather is bad there may be postal delays. We guarantee to print and send your items in the times we promote (7 days from receipt of order), but we are unable to control or guarantee the postal services provided by Royal Mail. If you wish to receive a delivery by courier, we can organise this for you, please let us know (but there may be an additional delivery cost).
- If your order is quite late and it is getting close to Christmas, and if we have other items for your school, we may group the items together and send them by next day courier service to the school as it is the most reliable delivery method. If you have ordered many items and your parcel is large, we may also send it by courier service direct to your home (but will contact you in this case to confirm).
Not at the moment. It is possible to order in the following way:-
- Using the order form provided the sample cards and sending a cheque or postal order with this
- Through our website using Paypal.
