ORDERS PLACED BY THE SCHOOL DEADLINE DATE (ARE DELIVERED TO SCHOOL):
Any order that is ordered by the school deadline date will be sent to school for distribution 10-14 days after the school order deadline date (we guarantee the items will be there before the end of November).

If you have already placed an order, and you do not recall whether it is going to school or not, please check your confirmation order email that was sent to you by the Fat Chilli website. If the delivery cost on this is zero, then you ordered by the deadline date and your order is going to be delivered to school.

If you are concerned about the expected arrival of a school delivery, please contact your project co-ordinator at the school initially, as the delivery could have already arrived at school and be awaiting distribution by the PTA. If this is not the case, then please contact us using the Parent Enquiry Form and we will look up your order for you.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE (ARE DELIVERED TO HOME):
Any order that is placed after the school deadline date will be going to home, by the method you selected on the website. The delivery of your items will generally be 10 days after you place your order.

If you have already placed an order and you do not recall the details, please check your confirmation order email. If you paid a delivery fee then your order will be despatched to home. You will have selected one of the delivery options below when you placed your order:
  • Royal Mail mail home orders valued at £30 or less will have a delivery of £4.50 (First class UNTRACKED)
  • Royal Mail home orders value at over £30 will have a delivery fee of £6.50 (First class UNTRACKED)
  • Optional courier upgrade for home orders at £10 for a tracked next day delivery service (Courier TRACKED)
If you are concerned about the expected arrival of a home delivery, and you wish us to look up your order and reply to you with the order status, please could you contact us using the Parent Enquiry Form as this form contains all the information we will need from you to look up the order.

Please note: Once you place an order, we reserve the right to alter your chosen home delivery method if we believe another method may be suitable subject to postal/courier circumstances at the time we despatch your items (ie., strikes etc). In this case the despatch email that we send to you will confirm the delivery service chosen if we have modified your requested service.

Yes. Your overseas family member may order online in the normal way (they will need the child’s artwork design code to place an order). They would complete the delivery address (selecting the delivery country), and the site will automatically apply a delivery charge. We will email your family member direct on the day we despatch their items. Items are sent by airmail.

PLEASE NOTE: Mugs are heavy and fragile, and bottles are also heavy. These items will cost more to send by airmail due to the weight - so it may be better to stick to cards and soft goods for overseas deliveries. If we find the delivery costs for the items ordered exceed the standard fee paid on the website, we would contact the family member that placed the order to discuss this.

Fat Chilli Ltd is VAT registered, and all retail prices on the parent ordering section include VAT.

All orders received by Fat Chilli on your school project, will include a fundraising commission for the school. Please speak to your school in December if you wish to understand:
  • The total amount that has been raised by the project for the school - we are unable to provide this information to individuals.
  • Or, how your school intends to spend the commission.

Personalised printed items carry different selling regulations to normal ‘off the shelf’ products (that may be returned and re-sold). Personalised items are printed to order, and we have summarised the key points below:
  • We are unable to arrange a refund or exchange on orders – unless your items are faulty or have arrived damaged.
  • If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or that is faulty, we reserve the right to request proof – we may ask you to provide a photograph by email; or to return your item to the project organiser at the school.
  • Please contact us to let us know if there is an issue with your order, within 7 days of receipt of your item. We will then arrange a refund or exchange. To contact us, we would kindly request that you use the Parent Enquiry Form to notify us of any issues.
  • Refunds will be initiated back to the card on which you paid. A refund is normally initiated by ourselves within 2/3 days of us agreeing the refund (we will notify you by email once we initiate the refund). However, our online bank may need up to 10 days to make the refund back to your account.
  • If we have agreed an exchange with you, the reprinting and despatch of an item normally takes 3-4 days. You will receive an email from us stating when to expect your replacement item.

Parent Queries
If you have a query relating to your sample card or order, it would be helpful if you could please complete our Parent Enquiry Form. We will then be able to 'look up' your design and the status, and get back to you promptly as the form contains all the information we need from you to do an order or card status look up. Thank you.
