IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENT ORDERING
Please check spellings carefully – it is possible to change the name and artwork title if there is an error on the printed card by entering the correct spellings in the boxes below.

The code you have entered may be incorrect – please check your sample card and try again.

The code is 7 characters long. The 5th is a letter and the rest are numbers. It will look like this: 1234 A01.

If you believe you are entering the correct code but the wrong details are displayed above, please email us at info@fat-chilli.com and provide the information you are trying to enter and we will then be able to test this and get back to you. You may call 01422 373879 in working hours if you need to speak to someone.

The wording you enter will be printed on your items, so please do not enter any other wording, ie., ‘there was an error on my daughters card, please change spelling to xxx xxx’.
